I went home a few weekends ago and when I came back my roommate had eaten nearly all my food-probably at least $20 or $30 worth. She apologized and said she would pay me back but she still hasn’t. We were randomly assigned and we’re not exactly close so I feel kind of weird asking her for the money. I don’t want to seem cheap, either. Should I ask her anyway?
